In 2012 Dorvidor purchased Charleston Landings from AIMCO. The seller needed to complete the sale on a highly acclelrated timeline. With Dorvidors’ ownership involved in ‘on the ground decisions’, our team was able to be on-site in 48-hours to conduct due diligence and eventually meet the sellers schedule requirement.  The purchase closed in January of 2012 without delay or complication, and with accolades from AIMCO on the ability of Dorvidor to execute so effectively. In 2018 Dorvidor purchased portions of the Gulf View Square Mall and demolished 2 vacant ‘Big Box’ spaces resulting in 34 acres of infill redevelopment area. 384 Garden-style apartments with views of ponds and the adjacent state park create an oasis along the busy US-19 corridor. A highly successful lease-up brought the property to 100% occupancy in just 9-months.
